With more than 25 years in life sciences, he has held senior roles at PRA Health Sciences (now ICON), EY, Pfizer, and IQVIA. David has guided large global teams, advised pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies on growth and innovation, and advanced clinical research across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the United States. At Lightship, he is dedicated to expanding access to clinical trials and improving health outcomes for patients and communities worldwide.
