Beverly Rubin, General Counsel, uses her extensive legal background and clinical research enterprise experience to support organizational goals and corporate governance. Prior to joining Lightship, Beverly was the General Counsel at Merkle where she led the negotiations for their acquisition by Dentsu Aegis Network, which closed in 2020. As deputy general counsel for a decade and a half with IQVIA (formerly Quintiles), Beverly helped facilitate their privatization in 2003, and initial public offering in 2013. Beverly has practiced commercial litigation and launched her career as a judicial law clerk.
